









Hearing Help Audiology, located in the Twin Cities, specializes in the detection and treatment of hearing loss. The “heart” of their operation is Licensed Audiologist Shirley Fors, a woman whose gregarious nature is as robust as her 25-year background in audiology. Her patients absolutely love her, so much so that one even touted her “a miracle worker.”
When it came time to revamp their website, it was important to Hearing Help that they capitalize on their greatest attribute: Dr. Fors’ personality. We accomplished this in three steps: First, we recommended a local photographer to take high quality photos of Dr. Fors with her patients – this would infuse the site with a warmth and familiarity; second, we created a design that put the photos front-and-center with “headlines” that described Dr. Fors’ services; and third, we wrote content for the site’s pages with Dr. Fors’ personality in mind, using a tone that was both warm and approachable, and also professional.

We also designed new business cards for Dr. Fors so her branding material would match her fresh, newly improved website.
