During our early phone conversations and introductory meetings you made us feel at ease in an undertaking that we knew we  needed to embrace but didn’t know how to begin. You listened, you asked questions; you made a professional effort to understand who we were.

As the project progressed through concept and design, you showed a sincere interest in putting together a site that reflected our company personality and met our immediate needs. Equally as important, you built a site on a foundation that will allow us to grow and flex as we learn use the power of the internet as marketing tool for the times.

When I need your help to work on the site, I can use your online work ticket procedure, but –and this is important to us – when I want to email or call, you still bother to reply quickly or pick up the phone!

We could have opted for a canned platform – there are plenty out there to choose from – but, you created for us a site with a unique and effective feel.

When one considers the work you’ve done for us and the rest your family of clients, clearly you have shown an authentic talent to respond to a variety of needs both simple and complex, and, to a range of budgets from modest to robust.
