Without this phase it’s not possible to determine accurate pricing or establish a helpful timeline and role responsibilities for your project.
- Project Build: (40%-85% of total project budget – usually the larger the scope of the project, the larger the %) Build costs cover the amount of time needed to write the code and applications for your project. Costs are related to the size and complexity of your project and are accurate as long as the initial plan and design is followed.

- Webiste Management: Having a plan for keeping your website up-to-date as your business grows and evolves is essential. Nearly all of the websites we create include an easy-to-use content management system (CMS) that allows users to update their own site at no additional cost.
- Website Improvements: After you have a website with a great CMS, you can look for opportunities to upgrade your website as your business grows. All businesses evolve so if you come across any additional goals, you may want to sit down with us to discuss how they may be supported by your website. Additionally, investing in web-based IT (billing, tracking, database solutions, automating customer service, etc.) is necessary to support growth may save tons of money and headache by being done proactively. It’s smart to think of your website as an organic part of your business that may be improved and upgraded as time goes on.
