The debut of "STS 2"

We're proud to announce the release of our new Support Ticket System (STS 2)! We've built this system to offer the best customer service to our clients.

STS provides a user-friendly interface to simplify all work that we do in cooperation with our clients. New features include the ability to reply to a support ticket via email, improved advanced searching options, the ability to submit an urgent ticket where key individuals at Frontier are alerted via text message and tools for reviewing estimates and time spent reports.
