HSA Direct Goes Live

HSA Direct is a company that sells custom apparel to high schools. They came to us for their first website and the goal to sell their product online. Since clothing is a highly customizable product, they needed a system that would allow for multiple customizations in the most efficient, intuitive way possible.

To fulfill this goal, we built a custom e-commerce system that includes a "Customize This Item" shopping cart. Within the cart, customers can select the style, color, logo, quantity and size for any item. Automatic shipping calculations are built in, allowing customers to see shipping costs before they check out. When they're ready to pay, there are multiple payment options including PO, PayPal and credit card processor.

Not only is HSA's website and shopping cart easy to use, but customers see every step of the way what exactly they're getting. Return customers have the option to create an account so the system will remember their orders in the future, encouraging customer loyalty and making reorders a breeze.
