Our People

About Vadym Skorupskyy, Frontier Web Development owner

Vadym Skorupskyy

General Manager, Owner

Born a Ukrainian citizen, I first came to Minnesota in 2005 and fell in love with the people, the culture and the opportunities. The people truly cared about customer service and understood fairness, so I knew I had found a good home for myself and my business.

At Frontier, I'm the top liaison between our two offices and I also handle urgent client requests, invoicing, work flow and internal systems management.

I'm a former programmer and account manager who is a champion of discipline. While my expertise as a developer and an account manager seems it will never be quite as high as others, I constantly work hard to be sure that all of our talented team members take advantage of my knowledge for discipline and hard work.

I'm here to ensure everyone on our team is working together to provide the best products and services. In case anything ever goes wrong, my number one priority is to make it right for our clients and I have the power and know-how to get that done at speeds that make other professionals extremely jealous!

Anything else that's interesting or unique about you?

Friends used to call me "Papa," as I've acted like a loving, advice-giving dad to my friends and family long before I had my own son.
