In the five years before starting Frontier, co-founder Andy Steingas worked as the lead project consultant and technical director at another firm. During that time, Andy gained a reputation as someone who had the creative vision to truly understand the goals of his clients and the resources for making those goals a reality.  As he managed many outsourced projects, he recognized a need for a full service company which would integrate the creative, technical and programming parts of web development under one roof.  

In April 2006, Andy teamed up with a group of developers, with whom he had worked with since 2002 and started Frontier Web Development. This group headed, by Vadym Skorupskyy and Roman Hahalyuk, shared a passion for delivering outstanding results to clients and worked to perfect Frontier's operations and offer superior client service.

Frontier prides itself on a reputation for understanding the goals of their clients and creating customized solutions. Today Frontier has grown to fourteen employees and has completed over 150 successful web related projects.
